Hub Yoga Flow, a breath-based practice, strengthens the body and energizes the day. Restorative Yoga offers gentle, floor-based poses for muscle relaxation and mental calmness.
Yoga Sculpt combines yoga with cardio and weights, and Mat Pilates strengthens and lengthens muscles with classical Pilates exercises.
Hot Pilates combines Pilates-inspired core strengthening with cardio conditioning, and Core Crusher focuses on core strength. Barre creates long, lean muscles, improves balance and coordination.
The HUB Savannah actively engages with the community through events. They host a Member Appreciation Day with champagne, coffee, giveaways, vendors, food trucks, and classes.
Additionally, they participate in the Pooler Farmers Market, offering yoga in the park and featuring hundreds of vendors.
